Empark Grand Hotel Fuzhou
A full wellness menu along Gongyuan Road
About this hotel
The Empark Grand Hotel Fuzhou runs one of the more complete spa menus among the city's five-star hotels, with a hot tub, spa and wellness centre offering a spa lounge and relaxation area alongside a full range of spa and wellness packages. The indoor pool and jacuzzi sit at the centre of that offer, while a tennis court adds an active option beyond the water and the treatment rooms. Set along Gongyuan Road, the property provides well-appointed guestrooms and family rooms as a solid base for exploring the surrounding area. Fitness centre access rounds out the wellness side for guests who want a workout alongside their spa time rather than choosing one over the other.

Our take
This suits a guest who wants a genuinely full spa menu, packages included, rather than just a pool and a single sauna, alongside a tennis court for a more active stay. It works for both couples chasing a wellness break and families given the family rooms on offer. Guests wanting a specific sightseeing anchor nearby should check distances separately, since the property leans on its own amenities more than the surrounding area.
- ✓Book one of the spa and wellness packages in advance rather than arranging treatments individually once you arrive.
- ✓Use the tennis court for an active morning before a more relaxed afternoon at the pool and spa lounge.
- ✓Request a family room with fitness centre access if travelling with children who also want to use the gym.
Why we love it

Why guests love itEmpark Grand Hotel Fuzhou on Gongyuan Road builds its offer around wellness: an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a spa centre with a full range of packages, plus a tennis court for a more active day. Family rooms come with fitness centre access, so it works for couples and families alike. Its 8.0 score rests on 11 reviews, so I would see it as promising rather than proven.
