Our take

This hotel is ideal for travelers seeking a high-end experience with excellent aquatic facilities, especially during Harbin's colder months when an indoor pool and hot tub are particularly appealing. It suits those who appreciate on-site dining and a full range of amenities. However, if you prefer a more budget-friendly option or a hotel with extensive outdoor spaces, this might not be the best fit, as its primary draw is its indoor luxury.

  • Make sure to use the indoor pool and hot tub, especially if you're visiting during winter.
  • Consider dining at the hotel's restaurant for a convenient and refined meal experience.
  • Take advantage of the fitness center to maintain your routine while traveling.

Why we love it

  • The inviting indoor pool
  • Relaxing hot tub access
  • High-end riverside setting
  • Convenient on-site dining
Why guests love it

The riverside setting near the Songhua made this hotel feel calmer than a typical five-star during the busiest week of the Ice and Snow Festival, and the fine dining on site meant we rarely needed to brave the cold just to eat well. The indoor pool and hot tub together became our nightly routine, one for movement, the other for actually warming up after hours photographing sculptures. Air conditioning and heating both worked exactly as they should through very different weather.
