Why guests love itWe came for the pool length and it delivered, 25 metres is genuinely rare among London hotels and it made mornings feel like part of the holiday rather than an errand. The jacuzzi next door handled the recovery, and Harrods being five minutes away meant the afternoons filled themselves without much planning. The Three Keys polish shows everywhere, down to the private cinema we used on our last night instead of going out again.
