Business travellers and guests exploring the Tower of London get real value from the location. Guests wanting Mayfair or Knightsbridge shopping on the doorstep should book further west instead.

Why guests love itWe based a City trip at Pan Pacific London and the SENSORY floor became the daily reset after long days out. The infinity pool with the floor-to-ceiling windows still catching daylight in the early evening was a highlight, better than the basement spas we had used at other London hotels. Shoreditch was close enough for dinner most nights, and the Tower of London an easy walk the next morning. Complimentary access to the wellness floor meant we never weighed up whether a spa session was worth the cost.
