Why guests love itShangri-La Jakarta runs three distinct pool areas, an outdoor pool, a spa pool and a waterpark-style pool with a jacuzzi, set within landscaped gardens rather than one shared basin. That variety suits families wanting a livelier pool day alongside guests wanting a quieter soak elsewhere. Award-winning restaurants and a 9.3 rating from 671 reviews point to a hotel used to handling large volumes of guests well, from business groups to holidaying families.
